As Director of Administration, Terri ensures that all operations regarding facilities management are properly functioning. She attends to financial transactions and financial documentation. She is involved in cash flow management/planning, coordinates audit activities, prepares and reviews budgets and tracks operational metrics to ensure that resources are beneficially allocated. Terri also oversees non-profit compliance.
Prior to joining PEFNC, Terri held various executive administrative positions most recently in Commercial Restructuring and Commercial Real Estate departments in law firms in Boston and Raleigh. She has extensive experience in office management and business operations and is a North Carolina Certified Paralegal.
She is a Raleigh native and resides in Cary with her husband and three children.
