Kwan Graham brings extensive experience advocating for parents and championing children’s educational needs. She leads the Parent Liaison Team at Parents for Educational Freedom in North Carolina (PEFNC), working across the state to equip and empower families to effectively advocate for their children’s education.As Director of Community Engagement, Kwan advances awareness and support for diverse educational opportunities, including public charter and private school options. She currently serves as Board Chair of RISE Southeast Raleigh Charter School and is a member of the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Center for the Advancement of Teaching (NCCAT) Foundation.
Kwan is a former gubernatorial appointee to the North Carolina Public Charter School Advisory Board and previously served on the Board of Directors for Counter Culture Coffee.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and resides in Charlotte with her husband and two sons.
