School Spotlight: Brisbane Academy, Charlotte

The school provides a full service education, including an After School Enrichment Program, and Tutoring Center.  Accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, Brisbane Academy stresses a well rounded education emphasizing math and science, critical thinking skills, vocabulary, and reading comprehension.

 

In an environment of high expectations, positive nurturing, and student/teacher ratio of 10:1, Brisbane Academy students receive individualized, hands-on instruction that does not allow kids to fall through the cracks. In fact, Brisbane reports that its students consistently perform 3.5 grade levels above North Carolina state requirements.
