In case you missed it, PEFNC was featured on a News 14 Carolina this week. The story centered around the release of the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools' state-by-state review of public charter school laws. The review ranked North Carolina 32nd out of 40 states.
At the 0:18 mark, PEFNC President Darrell Allison and reporter Ilen Chen discuss how North Carolina may not fare well in competition with other states for federal “Race to the Top” funds due to its stagnant cap on charter schools.
